About Us

Hello, my name is Denim Randle and I am the Director here at Temple. I have been married to my wonderful husband for a year now and have two fur babies with plans of having children in the near future. I have always loved being around children and I am currently in school to get my bachelor's degree in education. I am only a year away from obtaining that degree which will help me tremendously in this job because of the many skills I will learn and the curriculum I can help create. I have an associate's degree and with many hours of classes I have taken, I feel as though I have already learned so much in child development. This knowledge helps me to better understand the kids, so that I can make sure the teachers are caring for your children to the best of our abilities. I love getting to see these kids smiling faces every day and help them reach goals. I have always loved being in management, every job I have worked I have worked up to manager, so getting to be in management and be with kids was the best of both worlds for me.

Hello, my name is Kandace Sparks. I am the director at our Academy center.

I have 5 amazing children that I am blessed with, as well as a wonderful husband. Being an Academy native, I am very humbled to work in my hometown and see so many familiar faces!

I have been in childcare for 10 years. After starting as a toddler teacher, I worked my way up to becoming a director, which I have enjoyed for 6 years now. I love being able to watch every child grow and achieve so many goals!

Hello, My name is Krystal Bazilius. I am the new director at our Gatesville center. I am a mom to three wonderful kids of my own, 2 boys who keep me on my toes and a daughter who is full of sass. I have worked in childcare for almost 3 years, the last 2 of them being with New Beginnings Learning Academy as their lead PreK teacher in Temple. I am currently going to school to get my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education with a minor in mathematics which I feel will help me excel even more in this position. I have taken many classes and trainings which I feel will help me in caring for your child/children while they are here.

I love working with kids and that is the main reason I went into childcare. I love being able to help them learn and accomplish new things each day. Seeing their smiling faces and getting to know each of them is a blessing.

My goal here is to assist these teachers with helping your child grow and learn while in our care. We will work together to give them the most individualized yet challenging experience we can offer. I look forward to many new experiences here at Gatesville.
